A business is seeking creative safety games and engagement ideas that encourage employees to identify outdated procedures, unsafe conditions, inefficient practices, and opportunities for workplace improvement. Examples include 90s Pop Culture Trivia, Family Feud, Murder Mystery, Disney, Bingo, and Holiday Themes. Each submission should include all questions, media, rules, and supporting materials necessary to host the event. Single Theme: $100. Multiple Complete Themes: $250. A regional medical practice is looking for creative solutions to reduce missed appointments without relying solely on cancellation fees. Ideas may include loyalty programs, patient engagement, scheduling improvements, reminder systems, and incentive programs. Innovation is encouraged. Manufacturing and fabrication companies throughout Appalachia continue to face challenges with recruiting qualified employees, training new hires, retaining talent, and improving workflow efficiency. This challenge seeks an existing business model, training system, workflow process, or operational strategy that could be adapted by smaller manufacturers to improve productivity and compete more effectively. We’re donating over a dozen authentic handmade works of art, including canvas paintings, mixed media, and photography, to support a qualifying charity or community event.
